Ladies Training
Tuesday evenings from 7pm - 9pm. Starts 16th August.
Mens Training
Tuesday 7.30 - 9pm (1st and 2nd team).
Thursdays 7pm - 9pm (all teams). Starts 4th August.
Juniors
Sundays
6 - 12 years 9:45 – 11:15am
14 - 16 years 11:15 – 12:45pm
